Founded by partners Elyana and Kelvin Bruno, Abracadabra Admin provides comprehensive administrative support tailored to small businesses. With complementary backgrounds and a shared passion for service, we help business owners reclaim their time and focus on what matters most. Elyana brings firsthand entrepreneurial experience from starting and operating her own midwifery practice, along with extensive experience as an office manager overseeing both front- and back-end administration for a school. She specializes in organization, systems, and client communication that keep operations running smoothly. Kelvin contributes a diverse skill set built through experience in office management, paralegal support, retail management, and security management. His background strengthens our services with a focus on compliance, leadership, problem-solving, and operational efficiency. Together, we offer a comprehensive business support package that blends structure, efficiency, and a personal touch. Invoice are sent out at the end of each week and are due upon receipt.

Our retainer is in addition to our hourly fee and guarantees 10 hours of dedicated support per month—

Abracadabra Admin provides remote administrative, business support, personal assistant, and paralegal services with professionalism, discretion, and transparency. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:​

Scope Of Services:

-Paralegal services are offered exclusively to licensed attorneys and strictly within the scope of Illinois law. -Abracadabra Admin does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal representation. -Assistance with legal, compliance, or regulatory documents is administrative in nature only and, where applicable, performed under attorney or client direction. -Notary and Illinois process service offerings are limited to applicable state laws, availability, and jurisdictional requirements. -Business management, bookkeeping, payroll, HR support, and personal assistant services are non-licensed administrative support services and are not a substitute for legal, tax, accounting, or human resources professionals.

Client Review & Responsibility:

-All documents, policies, filings, handbooks, payroll information, compliance materials, and communications must be reviewed, verified, and approved by the client or supervising attorney prior to use or submission. -Abracadabra Admin assumes no liability for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies that remain after client review and approval. -Ultimate responsibility for legal compliance, financial accuracy, employment requirements, filings, deadlines, and business decisions remains with the client.

Communication & Timelines:

-Standard response time is within 24 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays. -All deadlines must be communicated with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Same-day or rush requests are not guaranteed. -Failure to provide timely communication, feedback, or approvals may result in project delays or adjusted timelines.

Access To Systems & Information:

-Clients must provide timely access to all relevant systems, platforms, documents, accounts, and credentials necessary to complete requested services. -Abracadabra Admin is not responsible for delays caused by lack of access, incomplete information, third-party software outages, or client-managed systems.

Financial & Administrative Limitations:

-Basic bookkeeping, payroll, budgeting, billing, and bill management services are provided for organizational and administrative support purposes only. -Abracadabra Admin does not provide tax advice, financial planning, or guarantees regarding financial outcomes. -Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws related to taxes, payroll, employment, and business operations.

Remote Services & Confidentiality:

-All services are performed remotely, unless otherwise agreed in writing. -Reasonable care is taken to maintain confidentiality; however, clients are responsible for securing their systems, access credentials, and communications.
